What happens if my payment fails?

Not to worry, payments sometimes don’t go through for different reasons. Here are a few things you can look into:

  1. Make sure your credit card number is correct.
  2. Check your expiration date on your card, it happens to the best of us.
  3. The billing address you entered in the app is not matching with the one from your bank.
  4. You might have used your card too often in the last hour.
